We tried this hot pot the first night we received it. It heated very fast and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The only problem is that we couldn't adjust to control the heating level. It's just either on or off button. But as it works very fast, we just turn it on or off whenever we need. Overall it's a happy experience!

je souhaite avertir d'autres acheteurs: Dès réception de ma commande, je fais savoir au vendeur "Ideas for Life Store" mon intention de lui réexpédier cet "electric hot pot cooker " car on ne peut pas régler la température. Le vendeur n'accepte pas et me propose après 12 messages de dialogues de me me dédommager de 4$. Très drôle n'est ce pas !.

Sur la photo, il y a 2 températures et le produit que j'ai reçu ( voire la photo) et les côtes sont abîmées. Le fournisseur n'est pas honnête.

Surtout ne commandez jamais chez ce vendeur. Envoi dans les temps l’article n’était pas ce que j’ai commandé.et en plus ne marche pas la prise est tordue et à ce endroit irréparable. Un robot vous répond , mais pas d’échange à 15 Ooo km ils savent qu ´il va marcher. J’ai ouvert un litige, mais je n’y crois pas. C’est une honte repérez bien ce vendeur il ne faut pas lui faire confiance. Je vous fait un retour si le litige permet un article reviyé et qui fonctionne
